There's nothing plain about this cheesecake! Creamy, delicious New York-style cheesecake, sits atop a buttery graham cracker crust. All topped with house made whipped cream and a fresh strawberry garnish. Whole cheesecakes are comparable in size to the factory that makes them, but mine are made from scratch and slowly baked over several hours.
4 inch feeds one over several sittings or can be shared for 2-3 people.
6 inch feeds 4-6 people depending on how you slice it.
9 inch feeds 8 (large slices) but those slices can be halved to feed up to 16.
Pre-sliced cheesecakes will come as followed:
No pre-slicing for 4 inch cheesecakes
6 inch - 6 slices
9 inch - 8 large slices
*Option to top with fresh seasonal fruit, too!
