It is plain cheesecake but there is nothing plain about it! Fluffy cream cheese, vanilla and a few other ingredients are whipped and then baked to perfection. Slowly baked in a water bath for several hours. Topped with housemade whipped cream and fresh strawberry or blueberry compote, this is the perfect treat for 2 - unless you love cheesecake like I do!
Slices are tall and thick, think cheesecake factory but better. 😉

Strawberry compote and blueberry compote are made in-house using fresh fruit.
